Shell Canada Limited sent out a “Request for Proposal” (RFP) in May 2014 for the demolition of the Shell Burnt Timber Plant. Out of four bidders, SECURE was the successful company.
Shell required a contractor that was safe, experienced and capable to demolish the Burnt Timber Gas Plant, west of Cremona, AB. SECURE was awarded this work based on proposal, execution methodology, safety record, previous demolition experience, relationships with steel recyclers and overall costs. SECURE has the equipment suited for demolition work i.e.; large excavators (Cat 349), large and small shears and relationships with sub-contractors for trucking.
